Unvarnished: Lethbridge, Where We Are and Where We're Going
It started with a comment thread. I was scrolling Facebook, reading people tear Lethbridge apart, and none of it matched the city I walk through every day. Downtown has its problems, like any city. Dangerous? Not in my experience.

How it's made
Every episode is shot at street level, with no drones. People don't see their city from 500 feet up. They see it from the sidewalk, usually while buried in a phone or rushing somewhere else, and that's the view I want to show. The look is raw on purpose, shot on Micro Four Thirds cameras and kept honest rather than polished. A 360 camera on a ten-foot pole adds angles you'd never notice on foot.
If you want the full story of why I'm doing this, I filmed it walking the coulee: "My Why for Unvarnished" is on YouTube.
