Early this morning, I walked the downtown beat with Dwayne Eagle Speaker of the Clean Sweep Program, an initiative managed by the Business Revitalization Zone. Equipped with only a bucket and a reacher-grabber, he quietly reclaims our streets from the daily tide of discarded debris.
