Healing Tip, from Amanda

I truly believe that when we take the time to heal and work on ourselves, we make the world a little kinder — and a lot less greedy. That starts with getting out of our own bubbles, letting go of opinions we're holding onto out of habit rather than truth, and actually listening to the smart, compassionate voices around us.

Healing isn't something that happens once and then you're done. It's a practice — noticing when you're reacting out of fear or ego, and choosing curiosity instead. It's asking "what can I learn here?" before "who's right?" The more of us who do that work, the less room there is for the pettiness and greed that make everything harder than it needs to be.

I'm starting a podcast this October to dig into exactly this — honest talk, a little sass, and reminders that you're not the only one figuring it out.
