BUILD MUSCLE. BUILD YOUR FUTURE.
Do you want to live a long, healthy life—and still be able to do the things you love when you're 60, 70, 80 and beyond?
At 59, I believe exercise is one of the most powerful tools we have for healthy aging. But it’s not just about exercising more—it’s about exercising smarter.
Two types of training are especially important: resistance training and cardiovascular training.
Resistance training helps you build and preserve muscle, strength, mobility and bone health. As we age, maintaining muscle becomes increasingly important for independence and quality of life.
Cardiovascular training helps maintain the fitness of your heart and lungs. I combine easier Zone 2 training with occasional higher-intensity interval training to develop both endurance and cardiovascular capacity.
The goal isn’t simply to live longer.
It’s to LOOK GOOD. FEEL GOOD. PLAY GOOD for as many of those years as possible.
